Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young students and possess a strong background in childhood development. No experience, that's okay! We will train you!
Duties:
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom setting
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure developmental milestones are met
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning
Skills:
- Caregiving experience
- Previous experience working with infants and young children
- Knowledge of childcare best practices
- Classroom management skills
- Ability to educate and inspire young learners
- Familiarity with childhood development principles
- First aid certification is a plus
