We are a start-up company that creates wine kits through wine fractionalization. We manufacture wine kits for wine education, wineries, and corporate gifting. We are a learning company who values continuous improvement to strive to be a better version of ourselves each day and adapting to the ever changing market of the wine industry.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable warehouse employee to join our team in producing and kitting wine kits for our valued clients. As a member of our warehouse team, you will work with the production manager and account manager to ensure accurate and quality control is being performed. Workdays are Monday – Thursday (day shift) and off on the weekends. This position is part-time with on-the-job training and can be promoted to full-time with room for advancement. You will be working in a cold warehouse that ranges from 55 to 60 degrees.

Responsibilities:

· Operate two types of production lines to fractionalize wine and preform HACCP on production

· Lift, carry, and move inventory that can weight up to 50lbs

· Package orders with attention to detail by preforming a rigorous quality control process to ensure accuracy during the kitting process

· Assist in receiving wine and consumable deliveries and shipment by ensuring proper storage and organization

· Maintain a clean and organized work environment that includes production line (daily and weekly cleanings), maintain cleanliness of workstations and warehouse floors.

· Follow all safety protocols and policies to ensure a safe work environment

· Communicate effectively with team members and management by reporting any issues or concerns that may arise during production.

· Being able to work autonomously throughout your shift

· Be able to stand for extended periods of time

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Previous experience in a warehouse/production environment is preferred

· Soft skills: dependable, strong work ethic, strong attention to details, personable with stakeholders

· Willingness to learn to new skills and adapt to changing job responsibilities. As we add more clients, there will be room for advancement

· Familiar with quality control process such as Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points (HACCP)

· Be knowledgeable in inventory management
