Oak Forest Animal Clinic is seeking a friendly, dedicated, driven and energetic veterinary Customer Service Representative (receptionist) to join our very busy family owned clinic in the south suburbs of Chicago.

Our well established AAHA certified practice has 3.5 Doctors that aim to provide the highest quality of care to our clients pets with emphasis on client education and great communication. We are looking for a caring and compassionate person who enjoys working with people and small animals. We are open Monday through Saturday and closed on Sunday.

The position requires multitasking receptionist duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, invoicing, setting up rooms for appointments, patient record keeping, assisting the doctors in the examination rooms and conversing with our clients. Knowledge of Cornerstone is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
