Home Health Links- All Care Therapies currently seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to join an evolving therapy team in our Outpatient clinics. We are primarily an Orthopedic based clinic however, we do have our fair share of neurologic and vestibular patients. We place an emphasis on attracting passionate healthcare professionals who share a philosophy of providing quality patient care in an inviting, caring, and collaborative team environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Assess the therapeutic and rehabilitative status of the patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan for each patient; update and modify the treatment plan on an ongoing basis
• Use clinical reasoning in treating and planning, implementing, and monitoring patient progress
• Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations

We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function and level. Final offer is determined by multiple factors including, skillset, work experience and languages, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The pay for this position is currently: $70/hour.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted CA Physical Therapy license; or ability to apply
• Excellent Communication Skills
