This position is responsible for routine and emergent cleaning needs of an outpatient medical facility. This is a full time dayshift position.

• Clean the interior of the Slocum Center and affiliated properties, including floors, windows, and walls.
• Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools, and phones.
• Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed.
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Clean and maintain restrooms.
• Wash and clean windows and mirrors
• Dust furniture and fixtures
• Notify management of any concerns or unsafe conditions
• Offers assistance to guests when necessary
• Report in a timely manner to clean emergent situations as directed by management
• Adhere to all safety standards, policies & procedures, codes of conduct and best practices
• Act in a professional and courteous manner at all times with co-workers, vendors, patients, etc.
• Utilize materials, supplies, tools and other building property in a safe, productive manner
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
