Introduction
The Finance Applications Lead is a contractor position responsible for providing support to Finance applications and key finance business partners under the IT Applications group within IT department.
The focus for this role is to provide day-to-day support for internal customers and end users on key systems and take an active role in working on or leading Business Systems projects.
The successful candidate will be able to follow procedures and directions from the respective Application Owners and Management. This position will be remote.

Objectives/Responsibilities:
The Applications Specialist will be expected to handle the following:
Provide User Management (onboarding/offboarding), gathering new requirements, troubleshooting and Training end users for the Concur Expense Management system
Provide User Management (onboarding/offboarding), gathering new requirements, troubleshooting and Training end users for the Coupa Business Spend management system
Provide User Management (onboarding/offboarding), gathering new requirements, troubleshooting and Training end users for the Dynamics-GP and NetSuite ERP systems (migrating from GP to NetSuite)
Be the Primary Support asset and System Administrator for the above-mentioned applications
Assist Application Owners in project-based work such as gathering any business requirements, including prototyping solutions, testing, UAT and Training
Prioritize, schedule meetings, and complete IT support requests in a timely and efficient manner, including documenting all the steps/resolution in the corresponding request/ticket
Follow established IT policies, procedures to support the applications
Develop application specific procedures, materials, and support guides
Provide exceptional customer service and tech support to on-site and field incoming IT requests via ITSM ticketing system.
Triage and escalate issues to G&A director that need immediate actions related to access and security (Sensitive).
Support Global users with ticket requests

Qualifications and Requirements:
3-5 years minimum experience in the Information Technology field.
3-5 years of supporting financial applications as a Support specialist
Strong knowledge of Finance processes and applications (degree in Finance or Accounting preferred, but not required)
Experience in any/all of the applications or relevant SaaS platforms (ex. Coupa BSM, Dynamics-GP ERP, NetSuite, Concur Expense)
