Responsibilities

• Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and computer systems.
• Set up computer hardware to support employee move, add, change activities.
• Collaborate with onsite peers and remote Service Desk Support team to resolve user issues.
• Manage and track incidents and requests within the ServiceNow platform.
• Perform Lab and Manufacturing support.
• Provide "smart hands" networking and infrastructure support: Install WAPS, switches etc.

Required Skills

• 5 Plus years of Onsite Desktop Support experience
• ServiceNow experience
• O365 and Active Directory/Azure & Okta experience
• Windows 10, Mac OS and iOS experience
• Ability to multi-task and experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Customer Service Mentality
• Excellent oral communication skills
