Lake Hills Church is looking for an Elementary Director who is passionate about the next generation of kids and students. This new leader will work collaboratively to disciple and equip the Kids Ministries volunteers, and families of Lake Hills.

KIDS MINISTRY

LHC Kids goal is to come alongside parents and partner with parents to help develop their full God-given potential in a safe, age-appropriate environment where the Bible is taught in a creative and relevant way!

LHC is a church of all generations committed to reaching the next generation, and LHC believes in raising up a generation of kids that love and follow Jesus!

Family Ministries Staff

Curriculum - LHC has a history of adapt curated content from New Spring, Saddleback, and original material. Their teaching method leverages a "narrative blocking" style, prioritizing the teaching Bible and Gospel passages over character-based stories.

Service times - LHC Kids meetings during the two Sunday morning services at 9:15 and 11.

JOB PURPOSE:

Create a culture where elementary kids can have fun and be known while introducing them to Jesus and leading them to real growth in their faith.

The Elementary Director must have a good understanding of age-appropriate programming, activities, and safety policies for school-aged children.
