Job Description:
The sales and event coordinator helps the sales team and provides administrative assistance to the sales department. This role helps with scheduling and performing Academy client tours and works with potential customers who want to enroll in the academy. This role handles phone calls from prospective customers and relates required information. This person will also be putting together special events such as our booths at air shows, setting up STEM day events at our academy and coordinating any events that we need. This person works closely with management to coordinate and help with sales/event tasks.

What we do:

We manage a flight school with an accelerated airline pilot training course. We operate a fleet of about 30 airplanes and have hundreds of pilots in training, and flight instructors and maintenance personnel.

The Job:

Speak with potential students regarding joining the flight Academy

Schedule and give tours of the Academy

Communicating with potential students and staff for events and air shows

Coordinate events such as STEM at schools in the region

Coordinate events for Academy need

Help with office admin tasks as needed (walk ins, answering phones etc.)

Performing the sale and communication of the Academy product

Building custom deals for students

Experience:
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

1 year using Microsoft PC and MS office apps

Sales experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Event Coordination: 1 year (Preferred)

Schedule:

8AM to 5PM

Monday - Friday

Weekends as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
