- 1-3 years of leadership experience leading teams of 20 team member and managers

- Experience leading teams to meet key objectives
- Available to work flexible schedules to ensure efficient operations
- Experience in talent management processes
- Able to effectively communicate and tailor message to appropriate audiences
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Capable of creating a feeling of energy and excitement to foster an engaging culture
- Strong routines around cleanliness and organization standards
