The CEC is responsible for setting the tone for the S H Culture Experience by being the brand ambassador while providing excellent customer service for every customer interaction to include transactions, answering customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive, enjoyable, and excellent hospitality experience.
The CEC must be a strong leader and have great problem-solving skills and a willingness to assist customers with enthusiasm and attention to detail. The CEC must have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and display proficiency with the POS and handhelds.
Responsibilities:
· Greet EVERY customer
· Provide a warm welcome and friendly “Come Again” to every guest
· Table touch every dine in guest
· Must project voice when speaking to guest
· Must have knowledge of all menu items and specials
· Introduce new products and full product line to guest
· Must upsell menu items
· Must be familiar with company culture and history
· Increase WOW moments
· Work on initiative to increase loyalty program
· Maintain 4 stars or above for reviews
· Increase guest referrals
· Set the tone for the S H Culture Experience (Music, TVs, Guest Celebrations, Giveaways)
Requirements:
· Leadership experience/skills
· Customer service experience
· Friendly and enthusiastic personality
· Must be well-groomed
· Must have a flexible schedule
