Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Mixologist to join our team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of beverages to our guests. This position requires excellent bartending skills, a strong knowledge of mixology techniques, and a passion for creating unique and delicious drinks.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Create innovative and visually appealing cocktails
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Operate the Aloha POS system to process orders and payments
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Assist with banquet events as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Mixologist in a banquet or restaurant setting is preferred
- Strong bartending skills with knowledge of various mixing techniques
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly manner
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Pay: $16.28 - $21.56 per hour
