Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with data entry
- Manage and organize documents digitally and manually
- Create and enter purchase orders
- Scanning and filing documents as needed
- Participate in employee continuing education
- Learn and utilize Viewpoint, Tekla Power Fab and other relevant industry software.
- Uphold safety as the most important goal of our company.
- Support our goal of achieving zero accidents.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
- A basic understanding of structural steel fabrication would be helpful
- 3 years of work in an administrative setting
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable of the steel/concrete industry
- Computer and data entry experience is required
- Organized, attentive, and detail oriented
- Familiarity with software such as: Tekla Power Fab, Vista, and Bluebeam
- We are willing to train the right candidate that has the basic required skills, motivation and willingness to learn
- Additional responsibilities and career path are available for the right candidate
- Office location is in Phoenix, AZ
- Office and shop environment requiring sitting and standing.
