Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Clerk for Various , flexible shifts to join our team at a hotel in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring smooth operations during the night shift.
Duties:- Welcome and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records- Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions- Ensure the safety and security of guests by monitoring the premises- Assist with administrative tasks such as reservations and room assignments- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area Requirements:- Previous experience in hospitality management or customer service is preferred- Proficiency in phone etiquette and excellent communication skills- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus ( or multilingual, not required)- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest relations- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Availability to work all shifts . Setup breakfast for guest in early morning departures.
