**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, facilities management, and leasing. **Duties:** - Manage all aspects of assigned properties, including maintenance, leasing, rent collection, and tenant relations - Ensure properties are well-maintained and meet all safety standards - Handle tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Conduct property inspections and address any issues promptly - Advertise and show available units to prospective tenants - Enforce lease agreements and ensure compliance with fair housing regulations - Coordinate with maintenance staff to address repairs and maintenance needs - Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions **Experience:** The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: - Proven experience in property management, facilities management, and property leasing - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills - Knowledge of property maintenance practices and procedures - Familiarity with fair housing regulations - Proficiency in data entry and use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) - Ability to upsell additional services or amenities to tenants - Strong administrative skills for managing property-related documentation This position offers competitive compensation and benefits.
