Hotel in Frederick, MD is looking for a well-qualified and reliable candidate to be a part of a fun and energetic environment with great customer service skills. You'd be expected to primarily work 3PM to11PM shift, however,We have 7AM to 3PM shift available if interested you are expected to be flexible as we will need you to cover all shifts on desk when needed

We are looking for candidates with stable work history, moderate computer skills, and being able to handle phone calls. The associate will be handling the process of assisting guests during the check-in and check-out process as well as any issues faced during their stay. The job primarily revolves around using a computer and answering calls.
