Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical and mechanical repairs.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions.
- Fabricate and install parts as needed.
- Maintain and repair facilities, including plumbing, HVAC, and lighting systems.
- Supervise and coordinate contractors for larger maintenance projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal departments.

Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience working with logic controllers and reading schematics.
- Proficient in facilities maintenance tasks, including plumbing, HVAC, and lighting systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal departments.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
