```Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance of our outdoor spaces and functionality of our indoor guest rooms. This is a hands-on position that requires a basic understanding in plumbing, painting, electric, trash removal, outside cleanup.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine grounds keeping tasks such as trimming, washing windows, picking up debris, pulling weeds, snow shoveling and salting of sidewalks
- Completing daily and weekly preventative maintenance within the property such as but not limited to; Tv's, light bulbs, shower heads, light bulbs, safes, bathroom fan motors, PTAC replacement and simple cleaning
- General areas cleaning/ maintaining
- Operate and maintain power tools, maintenance closet, and maintenance supplies list.
- Daily trash removal

- Monthly/weekly fire safety equipment checks (Emergency lights, Exits, doors)

-Collaborate with team members to plan and execute maintenance projects

- Painting of guest rooms, Hallways, breakfast rooms, etc.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols

- Carpet cleaning

- Deep cleaning of room furniture and windows

- Pool mechanical room basic maintenance and pool vacuuming/filling

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in grounds keeping or a related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electric
- Familiarity with operating hand tools and power equipment
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
