As a Work Site Support Specialist, you will supervise up to 7 high school students with developmental disabilities, providing them with a work-based learning experience in a competitive integrated setting that helps them develop skills and confidence. You'll facilitate on-site support, lead classroom discussions using soft skills, and develop employability skills in a real work environment. Additionally, you'll complete necessary plans, reports, and paperwork as assigned.
