Position: 50 West Chillicothe Shift Lead

Fifty West Brewing Company is looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for people and helping other grow to add to our fast-growing company. Our leaders are the driving force to our continued success. We are currently seeking a positive and enthusiastic individual who loves working in a team environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a leader with at least 2 years of restaurant experience to make a lasting impact on others and grow within an organization.

As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for assisting with the oversight of daily operations at the Fifty West Chillicothe Location. You will be responsible for connecting with our front of house and back of house staff to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and total experience adhere to our expectations and guidelines.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, positive, and passionate for fostering a great sense of teamwork in a hospitality environment. We are seeking leaders with a talent for serving and inspiring others.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of Restaurant Shift Lead experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the operations
• Ability to drive hospitality and inspire others to do so
• Must be able to coach and develop others

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of food
• Ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner
• Help with ordering food
• Ensure food safe practices are upheld
