Job Description:

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse Psych looking for a fulfilling opportunity? Join our team and make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Responsibilities:

· Gauging patients' psychiatric states.

· Collaborating on psychiatric intervention plans.

· Administering psychotropic and similar medications.

· Monitoring adherence to non-medicinal treatment regimens.

· Removing potentially harmful and triggering environmental features.

· Restraining, consoling, and sometimes medicating highly unsettled patients.

· Recording patients' health journeys and reporting on notable alterations.

· Conducting targeted psychoeducation, particularly within families.

Qualifications:

· SD State RN License.

· 2 years of experience as RN Psych.

· BLS Certificate required.

· Strong communication and teamwork skills.

· Compassionate and patient-centred approach.
