SkyWest Airlines is Hiring a SWC Crew Scheduler Near Saint George, UT

Primary Job Duties:

As a SkyWest Charter Crew Scheduler, you will perform various technical crew scheduling functions and activities.

Provide scheduling support to Pilots and Flight Attendants
Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously with heavy phone call volume
Monitor/ensure compliance with crewmember legalities
Monitor and make notifications to crew members of schedule changes
Communicate and problem solve with other departments to provide an efficient operation

Minimum Requirements:

SkyWest Charter Crew Schedulers come from a wide range of backgrounds, education, interests, and experience. We are looking for individuals with an interest in the airline industry who have the following traits

Minimum 4 months Crew Scheduling experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer experience required
Ability to multi-task, adapt, and prioritize with changing and fast-paced environments
Exceptional customer service skills
Able to work independently and as an integral part of a team
Bring a passion and ability to find solutions
Outstanding listening, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work a flexible schedule (weekends, holidays, early mornings, afternoons, and graveyard shifts)

Preferred Skills:

A desire to learn and a commitment to professional development
Demonstrated stable work history with reliable attendance
Provide a 6 month commitment to the position

Physical and Other Requirements:

Shift is 0600-1700 M-W every other W off
Sitting at a computer for extended periods of time
This position is based at SkyWest Headquarters in St. George, UT (no remote positions available)
