Skyward Staffing Agency is currently seeking a full-time Machine Operator to join our team. This position is a 2-2-3 schedule working 12 hours a day. Training is provided.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and troubleshoot machines and equipment for manufacturing, ensuring adherence to specifications.
• Perform material handling tasks as required, ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Assist in mold changes as needed, contributing to smooth production processes.
• Accurately complete all necessary quality checks, system checks, production records, and logs.
• Provide assistance during machine start-ups and shut-downs to ensure efficient operations.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on related equipment to minimize downtime and maintain optimal performance.
• Adhere to established quality procedures to ensure the production of high-quality plastic products.
• Strictly comply with company safety policies, procedures, and standards, while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Maintain knowledge and practice of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Global Food Safety Practices.
• Perform any additional job-related duties as assigned.
• Possess knowledge and proficiency in the use of hand tools.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• Night shift
