Overview:
SkyViewTek provides businesses (with 20 employees and up to 100 users) with I.T. Services and Cyber Security. We are in search of Scheduler to handle our dispatching and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
Coordinate schedule of our technicians / engineers for remote sessions or onsite service for our clients, monitor and update the tickets with / for our technicians throughout the day, and update clients until the ticket is resolved and ensure customer is satisfied.
Skills:
You will not be a technology expert but be able to ask troubleshooting questions – like what is the error message you see on your screen – so that you can alert our technicians who will work with the user.
NOTE: You must currently resident in the Philadelphia area. Work from home but commute to office in Malvern, PA, once or twice per month for team meetings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.94 - $25.22 per hour
