The position of AI Analyst is a role working with Technology and Business departments to effectively support company initiatives to achieve results through usage of emerging AI-based technology.
Under the direction of the VP of Technology, role’s primary responsibilities are to support the effective, efficient, and successful operation and delivery of revenue-impacting initiatives, by exemplifying and delivering our core values of SOAR:

The Analyst will plan and execute on variety of initiatives in effort to optimize our business operations, online presence to attract and engage customers. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely with flexible hours while requiring attendance at regularly scheduled meetings.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proactively identify AI opportunities that address business challenges and needs.
• Work independently to translate business needs into AI-powered solutions, managing the full cycle from ideation to execution.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, present findings, and collect feedback.
• Evaluate and implement AI-based solutions (COTS, SaaS)
• Optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Ensure ethical AI practices are upheld in all developed solutions.
• Keep abreast of new AI technologies, integrating them as appropriate to drive innovation.
• Design, develop and deploy AI models and architectures from scratch.
• Work with vendors/partner to build and implement custom solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Kanban development team.
• Perform support and testing as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

WORK EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

• 3 years in similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in Ecommerce environment.
• Experience in AI Chatbot, Conversational AI, Prompt Engineering, and Conversational Commerce.
• Experience in LLMs and LAMs.
• Experience in AI frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, Keras.
• Skilled in Python, SQL.
• Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot is a plus.
• Experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio is a plus.
• Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Professional attitude, passion, enthusiastic and reliable.
• Certifications are a plus.
