Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with IBM Financial Transaction Manager (FTM) or similar financial transaction processing platforms is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with integration technologies such as web services (SOAP/REST), messaging systems (IBM MQ), and ESBs (Enterprise Service Bus).
• Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and SQL query language.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
