Summary: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pega Certified Senior Systems Architect (CSSA) to join our team and work directly with our banking client. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust Pega solutions to meet the unique needs and challenges of our banking client. The role requires a deep understanding of Pega technology, particularly in the banking domain, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand requirements and translate them into Pega solutions.
   Design, develop, and implement Pega applications, frameworks, and integration solutions for various banking processes and systems.
   Configure and customize Pega applications, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements in the banking sector.
   Perform technical analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization of Pega applications to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability.
   Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation activities to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
   Stay updated on the latest Pega features, capabilities, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
   Requirements:
   Pega Certified Senior Systems Architect (CSSA) certification is required.
   Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Pega solutions, particularly in the banking domain.
   Strong understanding of Pega PRPC (PegaRULES Process Commander) platform architecture, features, and capabilities.
   Extensive experience in designing and implementing Pega workflows, case management, decisioning, and user interfaces.
   Proficiency in Pega integration technologies, including SOAP, REST, JMS, and connectors, with a focus on integrating with banking systems and APIs.
   Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools for project management and collaboration is preferred.
   Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) is a plus.
