SkyRun Vacation Rentals is Hiring a Guest Services and Reservations Agent Near Vail, CO

We are currently seeking an Guest Services and Reservation Agent with a can-do attitude for our Vail/ Beaver Creek locations. This position requires a highly organized individual who can remain calm under pressure and balance challenging priorities regularly.

The ideal candidate is looking for a stable, long-term position that will enable them to use their skills and grow in a team-focused and collaborative environment where people are appreciated, valued, and rewarded for their efforts.

Responsibilities:

Handling reservation inquiries and booking reservations.
Answering guest questions regarding the area and lodging information.
Fielding in-house guest inquiries, issues, and complaints.
Fielding owner inquiries, issues, and complaints.
Responsible for answering office phones.
Performing office administration tasks.
Must be reliable, professional, friendly, and courteous.
Familiarity with OTAs is helpful but not required, the ability to learn computer systems and computer literacy is required.
Occasional property inspections.

Requirements:

Efficient and independent worker, self-starter with a positive attitude.
Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and after-hours as required.
Must have a valid Colorado driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
Must be able to use company software systems (with training).
Must have a smartphone.
Must be able to be on-call two nights a week to assist with emergency after-hours situations.
