SkyRun Breckenridge is Hiring a Director of Maintenance Near Breckenridge, CO
- Communicating effectively with guests, homeowners, and staff.
- Prioritize work orders based on severity and rental schedules.
- Enter new work orders into the system and update existing work orders.
- Track and order supplies, tools and equipment (light bulbs, batteries, etc).
- Source parts required to complete work orders.
- Prioritize and schedule all work order repairs, service requests, and preventative maintenance.
- Establish and maintain vendor relationships.
- Provide after-hours/on-call support (rotating schedule).
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Demonstrated skills in developing a strong working relationship with homeowners and HOAs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and prioritize work for a diversified maintenance organization.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain a guest service and property owner focused culture in a long-term, consistent manner.
- Must have a positive and collaborative attitude.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to coordinate and manage across many different job functions and disciplines.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Must have experience with and ability to learn multiple software platforms.
- Experience training and mentoring of maintenance staff.
