Description:
Greet and assist members in a friendly and professional manner
Provide personalized assistance and guidance to members in managing their finances effectively.
Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to meet members' financial goals.
Open and close accounts, process loan applications, and assist with other financial services as needed.
Resolve member concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with banking regulations and procedures.
Support the Credit Union's business development efforts by soliciting new memberships at the branch and local businesses, attends SEG visits and performs outbound calls.
Assist the call center with overflow calls if needed
Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and targets.
