First Meridian Services, one of the nation’s highest regarded airport hospitality groups, is seeking an experienced, organized, flexible, employee-focused, customer driven Full Service Restaurant Manager to be part of our success to one of our established sit down locations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure positive guest service in all areas; responds to complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring return guests.
• Schedule labor by anticipating business activity while ensuring that all positions are staffed, and labor cost objectives are met.
• Ensure all financial and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with company policies.
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
• Interview, hire, train, develop, empower, coach, and provide an open line of communication with all staff.
• Create a fun, safe, and rewarding work environment for all team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• No Kitchen management experience needed
• Three plus (3 ) years of increasingly responsible restaurant/food service management experience.
• Bar experience 1 years
• Innate desire to provide the very best guest experience, every time.
• Servant leader attitude with a willingness to learn and grow and to, in turn, teach and train others.
• Knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel).
• 10-year criminal background check.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

• May frequently need to work holidays, weekends, early mornings and nights. Hours will vary depending on the business and staffing needs.
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for long periods of time (up to 12 hours).
• Position requires bending, moving, stooping, twisting, prolonged seated work, and repetitive hand and wrist motion. Employee must be able to lift and move products and/or supplies weighing up to 25 lbs.
