Job Overview

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic Food Prep/Dishwashers to join our team this winter.

Duties

• Help to prepare kitchen and appliances for daily operation.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Wash dishes & clean cookware and appliances.
• Clean up small messes and spills.
• Maintain cleanliness of sink areas during daily operation
• Restock food supplies and soda coolers when necessary.
• Assist Food and Beverage Manager with daily cafeteria/kitchen preparation.
• Inform Manager when food items need to be ordered.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements

• Ability to communicate with customers in a positive, helpful and friendly manner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen/cafeteria environment.
• Ability to maintain a clean working environment and personal appearance.
• Previous restaurant/cafe experience helpful.

 Part-Time or Full-Time positions available.
