Procucts include rain gutters, soffit, fascia, siding, flashings and roofing.Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:Oversees portions of warehouse, receiving and distribution.Stock and maintain warehouse for efficient operationProcess Sales Orders for on-time shipment of product.Pulling of customer orders and preparing items for delivery or pickup.Assist customers with loading and checking order upon pickup.Establish and maintain working relationships with customers.Take orders from customers, assist customers with order processing, delivery information, invoicing, technical questions and special requests.Familiarity with the company’s products, their uses, installation methods and ability to assist customer in product selection.Coordinate incoming product to meet requirements based upon needs such as usage and lead-time.Monitor and maintain inventory levels.Prepare and prioritize work orders.General administrative functions as related to the daily distribution operation.Others to be identified.QualificationsQualifications include, but not limited to the following:Friendly, helpful and enjoys building relationships with customers Strong work ethicHigh level of performanceDetail orientedAccuracy mindedHighly organizedDependableSelf-motivatedAble to prioritize tasksExcellent communication skillsAbility to maintain relationships with vendors, customers and co-workers.Ability to work as a team leader as well as independentlyAbility to solve problems using basic mathAbility to utilize computers in all aspects of job (i.e.: e-mail, MS Office, Internet, etc.)Ability to read/write EnglishAbility to speak Spanish is sometimes convenientAbility to operate lift truck (forklift)Clean, neat appearance.Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.Ability to drive non-CDL delivery truckKnowledge of package delivery servicesKnowledge of LTL and full truck load shipment servicesAbility to pass criminal background checkClean driving recordDrug freeEducation: High school graduate (or equivalent)Additional InformationWork performed in a manufacturing and distribution warehouse and office type facility subject to normal environmental conditions.Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M.; Saturday 8:00 A.M. - Noon as needed.
