Position Overview:

Elevations Chophouse at SKYLARANNA Hotel & Resort is seeking a skilled and experienced full-time Bartender. This role is key in providing exceptional service and crafting quality beverages for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficient use of NCR POS system.
• Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with standard recipes.
• Knowledgeable about a variety of spirits, wines, and beers.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 months experience in bartending or related training.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Strong mathematical skills for handling transactions.
• Excellent reading and writing skills for interpreting documents and preparing reports.
• Outstanding customer service skills, adhering to Hospitality Standards.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and handle bar tools and equipment.
• Regularly lift/move up to 10-15 pounds, and occasionally more than 35 pounds.
• Good vision and ability to adjust focus.

Compensation:

• $6/hour plus TIPS.
