Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of 40-60 drivers, ensuring their safety and efficiency.
• Maintain on-time performance of all routes, regularly checking in with drivers for support.
• Plan operations, including scheduling, understanding key performance indicators (KPIs), budgeting, and talent management.
• Foster strong customer relations with airline crew, aiming for "Raving Fan" service levels.
• Prioritize safety management, enforcing a "Safety First" culture among team members.
• Communicate issues and provide data to headquarters and dispatch for prompt resolution.
• Oversee daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Recruit and develop a team of accountable professionals focused on delivering exceptional service.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Inspirational leader with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in computer and mobile technology.
• Demonstrated success in team leadership, preferably in an airline or airport environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation or related industries.
• Track record in safety management and fostering a safety culture.
• Background in training/coaching is advantageous.
• Capable of physical tasks, including lifting up to 75 lbs, and working in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and approval by the company's insurance carrier.
