COMPENSATION: Minimum wage up to $20 per hour based on experience

TIME COMMITMENT:

• Monday through Friday
• Morning shifts (9am – 12pm)
• Some afternoon, evening and weekend opportunities

SITE LOCATIONS: Aurora, Broomfield, Englewood, Erie, Firestone/Frederick, Fort Collins, Golden, Greeley, Highlands Ranch, Ken-Caryl Ranch, Lafayette, Lakewood, Longmont, Louisville, Loveland, Mead, Sterling Ranch, South Suburban, Thornton, Timnath, Westminster, Windsor (work in one or multiple locations close to home)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Passion for Preschoolers: Have a heart for our little learners aged 2-4 with at least 1-2 years of experience working with this age in a group setting.
• Basic Sports Background: Bring your 1-2 years of basic sports experience to the table, providing a foundation for our preschoolers' budding athletic abilities.
• Preferred Experience: While not mandatory, experience in coaching, teaching, or camp counseling for 1-2 years is highly desired.
• Reliability: Access to reliable transportation is a must to ensure punctuality and commitment to our programs, plus carrying equipment to and from programs in required.
• Safety First: A background check (company-paid) and First Aid/CPR certification (company-paid) are required to prioritize the safety and well-being of our young participants.
• Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 18 years old by the hire date.
• Positive Traits: We value adaptability, self-motivation, energy, excitement, encouragement, confidence, responsibility, and patience in our instructors.

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our coaching team and management to deliver a successful and impactful program that exceeds expectations.
