Position Summary
We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales through cold calling and client conversion, and occasionally travel short distances to businesses to enhance conversion rates. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales skills, excellent customer service approach, and experience in lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce them to our products and services.
- Occasionally travel short distances to smoke shops to engage directly with potential customers and strengthen conversion opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with your converted customers.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support, including timely follow-ups to close sales.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for sales presentations or marketing collateral to ensure potential customers receive all the information they need.
- Monitor in-house product releases to stay up to date with the latest information for your customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 year(s) of sales, customer service, or retail experience.
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in glass accessories and vaping products, or similar markets.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion through cold calling, follow-ups, and in-person visits.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as an active member of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
