Job Description

· Shipping and receiving point of contact for the local site.

· Management of equipment, spares, and consumables on site.

· Inventory control of equipment and consumables for the local site.

· Issuing local equipment and keeping logs of items being checked out and returned by employees.

· Site lead for purchase requisitions, using Jira Software.

· Management, control and, storage of ITAR systems.

· Responsible for leading routine ordering of consumable inventory.

· Uploading and reconciling shipping receipts of all ordered items through Jira Software.

· Assists in hangar and building facilities maintenance.

· Assists with COSHH and OSHA, FOD, facilities maintenance, and hangar safety programs.

· Assist ground crew runway activities during aircraft flight campaigns

· Being a good team member and give daily feedback about job progress.

Required Qualifications

· US Citizen.

· High school diploma or equivalent with a history of inventory control and procurement.

· Proven experience as an inventory specialist, preferably in engineering field is desirable.

· Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.

· Able to climb ladders, use forklift and scissor lift.

· Willingness to learn and proactively be part of a team.

· Experience with aviation activities at an airport is desirable

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel and Word.

· Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

· Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed for testing and maintenance activities.

· Full valid driving license, motor bike riding experience is desirable
