Full Job Description:

Join the SkyCare ABA team of RBT's in our mission to help children gain independence, learn essential life skills and reach their full potential! We provide in- home, school based and clinic based services implementing a combination of NET and DTT to children with autism and developmental disabilities.

Openings for Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (ABA and RBT)

Position Information:

• SkyCare offers competitive compensation: $20-$25 per hour
• Supervision will be provided for BCBA candidate
• Restraint Training available if needed
• Full Time, Part Time, part time leading to Full time.
• Full Benefits package available for Full-Time employees

Job Responsibilities:

• The RBT will be responsible for collecting data about behaviors through direct observation.
• The RBT will be teaching students the specific behavior skills called for in treatment plans written up by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Implement programs based on ABA principles to increase communication, self-help, social and play skills.
• Communicating behavioral intervention results to parents, caregiver and the supervising BCBA.
• Accurately keep record of client's progress. (knowledge of Central Reach preferred) Training available.

Physical Requirements

• Diligently attending to the safety of the patient and surroundings is required.
• Quick and sudden movements may be required.
• Sustained physical exertion may be required for up to 45 minutes.
• The ABA Therapist will be responsible for providing Floor Time activities.
