The Cashier will provide information and complete sales transactions while maintaining the highest level of Guest service.

• Cashiers and Sales Associates have an important role in welcoming guests to the park and maintaining an upbeat, friendly demeanor while
• As a Cashier and Sales Associate for Sky Zone, you will build excitement while explaining all programs and activities offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide excellent Guest service in person

• Ability to interact and communicate clearly and effectively

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to handle money and credit transactions

• Ability to handle and resolve problems

• Must have reliable transportation

• Must be a minimum of 16 years old

• Availability to work week-ends and holidays and some weekday evenings

Responsibilities

• Greet the Guests

• Provide program and pricing information

• Enforce Waiver (Participant Agreement) policies

• Complete sales transactions and handle cash

• Explain Sky Zone court policies

• Handle concessions orders

• Stock supplies

• Clean bathrooms and other custodial duties as requested

• Maintain regular attendance for all scheduled shifts
