This ServiceNow Developer is responsible for applying innovative technical solutions to business processes, maintaining applications, and collaborating with business analysts, architects, and project managers to develop technical solutions. Develop design and functional specifications, demonstrate, and provide post-implementation support.
Job Responsibilities:
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, with a strong focus on HRSD modules, to meet client requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements for ServiceNow solutions, with an emphasis on HRSD processes.
Analyze existing business processes, giving special attention to areas for improvement within the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
Build and configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, and reports, specifically tailored to HRSD requirements.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Scheduled Jobs, with a focus on HRSD enhancements.
Implement ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications and systems, emphasizing HRSD data and processes.
Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for ServiceNow solutions.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a ServiceNow UI Developer, showcasing hands-on development expertise with the ServiceNow platform.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and applications, particularly HRSD and ITSM.
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages, including JavaScript and Glide, with a specific focus on HRSD scripting.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, translating business requirements into technical solutions with an emphasis on HRSD enhancements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
