Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our resort. The Resort Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maintaining the overall success of the resort. Duties: - Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals and objectives - Create and manage budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources - Provide excellent guest service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly - Supervise and train staff members, ensuring they deliver exceptional service - Oversee front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and reservations - Maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the resort - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction - Handle human resources duties such as hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations - Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and service - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the resort's offerings Experience: - Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a resort setting - Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial management - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction - Proficiency in using phone systems and other relevant technology - Ability to effectively supervise and motivate a diverse team - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred but not required If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for hospitality and leadership, we invite you to apply for the position of Resort Manager.
