Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will work closely with individuals with behavioral health needs, providing support and implementing interventions and skills training to help them reach their identified goals. Your role will involve community based services, transportation, coordination of care and daily progress note submission into the electronic health records system.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct support to individuals with behavioral health needs

- Collect and record data on individual progress and behaviors

- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to implement treatment plans

- Assist individuals in developing daily living skills and promoting independence

-Work with young adults to build transition to adulthood skill development

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records

Skills:

- Experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs

- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques

- Works well independently

- Strong time managment skills

- Ability to collect and analyze data for behavior tracking purposes

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in medical documentation and record keeping

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
