POSITION PROFILE
This position will support client facilities services in a small corporate environment. Services provided to client include mailroom, landlord interface, reception duties and other support. The right candidate will be an integral part of our talented team, supporting our continued growth.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs reception duties for small office
• Performs duties related to mail, shipping and receiving
• Documenting and maintaining all data logs and supporting documents according to management guidelines and maintaining detailed files of such.
• Maintain office supplies as required by customer
• Liaise with landlord and customer on building and site issues
• Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
• Perform various departmental duties as requested

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Demonstrate competency in computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite
