Sky Canyon Veterinary Hospital is Hiring a Veterinary Client Service Representative Near Grand Junction, CO

Sky Canyon Veterinary Hospital is an AAHA accredited general practice and referral veterinary hospital for companion animals.

We are looking for a highly qualified Veterinary Receptionist who will assist in delivering excellent care and customer service to all patients and clients as they work cohesively within our team. Our Veterinary Receptionists are the face of the practice, they create a genuine and lasting connection with clients and their pets, as well as manage hospital flow.

Our ideal candidate is a team player, ultimate multitasker, efficient at scheduling and taking phone calls while also maintaining a professional and compassionate attitude.

Some job duties include:

  • Answering phones, emailing, and texting with clients.
  • Triaging client calls to appropriate staff and scheduling appointments and consults.
  • Scanning documents, faxing prescriptions, maintaining medical records, and calling other veterinary hospitals for patient records.
  • Escorting pets and clients to exam rooms, notifying appropriate hospital staff of their arrival, and communicating with the clients, technicians and veterinarians to maintain hospital flow.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
