Responsibilities:
- Assist installers with the installation of industrial washing and drying machines
- Conduct routine maintenance on installed machines to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with machines, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components
- Perform repairs and replacements of faulty parts or components as needed
- Document all service and repair activities accurately and thoroughly
- Communicate effectively with customers to address their concerns and provide solutions
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working on customer sites
- Technical certification or relevant vocational training preferred
- Proven experience as a service technician or similar role, preferably in the industrial equipment or machinery field
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
