We are looking for an experienced, Manager/Lead Web Application Developer to join our IT team. This position will focus on front end web design and development.

The candidate will be working closely with team members across the organization, in a very supportive environment. Essential Duties:

• Build amazing UX client-side applications that allows full customization, including versioning, batch simulation, analytics, and release management.
• Responsible for creation of concept, design, development, testing and maintenance of user facing web applications for reliability, security, manageability, scalability, extensibility, performance, and re-use.
• Provides technical expertise in the areas of architecture, design, and implementation.
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors, Investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Create and maintain scalable infrastructure.
• Write tests and documentation as you implement features with your team.
• Familiarity with Vue.js, Node.js, WordPress, CentOS, SpringBoot, Eureka, Java OpenJDK, Graal, jQuery, XML, JSON, RabbitMQ
• Deliver enhancements and modifications to various in-house applications.
• Identify and offer solutions to problems within all areas of our solution stack.
• Adheres to Company policies and procedures, including but not limited to Compliance (UDAAP, BSA/AML, etc.), Information Technology, employee handbook, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience with Vue.js
• 5 years of experience designing and developing modern enterprise web applications.
• 3 years of extensive and proven knowledge of JavaScript, JavaScript Frameworks (Vue.js experience strongly preferred), HTML5, CSS/LESS standards and principles.
• Knowledge of maintaining UI design patterns.
• Experience with RESTful Web Services.
• Experience with unit testing and continuous integration.
• Experience with Agile Software Development and SCRUM
• Knowledge and experience with AWS Cloud Technology

Prior experience in lead or leadership role.
