Call Center Representative/Concierge/Healthcare

Our call center is unique by design. It is located in Franklin, TN. You must complete required, in-house training period. Once training period is completed you may work remotely. All needed tools will be provided by the employer for remote work.

• Dermatology knowledge a plus
• Answer incoming phone calls and make outgoing phone calls.
• Scheduling Medical Appointments for our patients.
• Speaking clearly to our patients over the phone in a professional manner.
• Input Insurance Information
• Collect co-pay virtual appointments and for Cosmetic Consults
• Create Telephone Encounter for patient calls that need to be addressed by a nurse or a provide
• Learn and Follow all Patient Protocols
• Must report to the Office for one monthly meeting and
• Education and Experience:

• Prior medical office experience preferred
• Knowledge of EMR/E Clinical Works software a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• HIPAA: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical office: 1 year (Preferred)
