Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director to join our team. As a Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our skincare spa, managing a team, and driving sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong business acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets
- Ensure excellent customer service by training staff on phone etiquette, POS systems, cash register operations, and customer interaction
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the purchasing department to maintain optimal stock levels
- Oversee shift management and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing coverage
- Implement effective time management techniques to maximize productivity
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives
