What You'll Do
  • Our Patient Experience Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for our patients. This individual maintains a positive, professional, attentive, and welcoming environment for patients at our reception desk. The Patient Experience Coordinatore also provides exemplary telephone service while addressing patient questions and needs.
  • In addition to these patient relationship responsibilities, the Patient Experience Coordinator effectively administers the day-to-day business operations of the practice including appointment scheduling, accepting payments, maintaining office equipment, and managing inventory of office supplies and retail products.
  • This opportunity offers a wonderful work environment, tremendous life balance, as well as an attractive compensation package.
Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate would have prior medical practice and high-end customer service industry experience. It is acceptable to have one or the other, but they must possess a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
